you can not make it up, we would be fired

Malfeasance Rewarded

Imagine if you will that you worked for a large company and were issued both a company car and company-provided credit card. Then imagine what would happen if you decided to use that company car to drive to a casino, to use that company-provided credit card to get a cash advance to buy chips, and you did it all on company time.

You would likely be fired and perhaps even prosecuted for stealing from your employer. Or, at least, that is how it should work in the real world.

However, if you were a BATFE Special Agent and you did this, then you just might get promoted to Special Agent in Charge of a Field Division and move into the Senior Executive Service. According to the
summary report from the DOJ's Office of Inspector General posted to CleanUpATF.org, that is exactly what happened.
Investigative Summary:
Findings Concerning On-Duty Gambling and Related Misconduct by an ATF Special Agent in Charge While in a Prior Position

The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) initiated this investigation based on information from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) alleging that a current Special Agent in Charge (SAC) gambled on duty and engaged in related misconduct while in a position with ATF prior to being promoted. The OIG investigation determined that the SAC gambled on duty, misused his government travel card to facilitate his gambling, and misused his assigned government vehicle by using it to travel to casinos. By gambling while on duty, the SAC violated federal regulations that prohibit federal employees from gambling while on duty. In addition, the SAC violated ATF policy by, among other things, misusing his government travel card to obtain cash advances to gamble, and using his assigned government vehicle to travel to casinos to gamble, which is not an “official purpose” for which use of the government vehicle is authorized. Prosecution was declined. The OIG provided a report of investigation to ATF for appropriate action.
So the question remains, which one of the 25 Special Agents in Charge (SAC) on this list is the culprit? Was it Eric Harden in LA, Delano Reid in NYC, Carl Walker in Atlanta, or someone else?

Inquiring minds want to know.

California begins injecting children with mercury... flu shot 'shortage' cited as bizarre justification... state safety laws nullified to push vaccines

California Health and Human Services Agency Secretary Diana S. Dooley has just cast aside a law intended to protect children from mercury in vaccines. In a letter dated October 9 (see full text below), Dooley is now urging all children in California to be injected with mercury -- TWICE! -- in the form of flu shots.

"I am granting a temporary exemption from California Health and Safety Code Section 124172 for seasonal influenza vaccine with trace levels of thimerosal to be administered to children younger than three years from October 9, 2015 through December 31, 2015, because the current supply of thimerosal-free vaccine for young children is inadequate," declares Dooley. (Thimerosal always contains mercury. When I tested mercury concentrations in influenza vaccines using ICP-MS instrumentation in my laboratory,
results showed mercury at over 50,000 ppb -- about 25,000 times higher than what the EPA allows in drinking water.)

She then goes on to claim that she might extend the nullification of California law for as long as necessary to keep injecting children with influenza vaccines... whether they contain mercury or not!

Remember, too, that California now mandates vaccines for all children who attend public school thanks to the passage of SB 277, pushed by
vaccine industry puppet Dr. Richard Pan.

Now, with the help of Dooley, California's government is happily committing vaccine violence against children by pushing for mass injections of a
toxic heavy metal known to damage brains and kidneys.

Here's my full commentary on this total medical insanity that now passes for "public health" in California, a state whose governor has publicly stated California has too many people and needs to take steps to reduce its population:

State of California

HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY
October 9, 2015
DIANA S. DOOLEY

SECRETARY
The Honorable Kevin de Leon President pro Tempore State Capitol, Room 205 Sacramento, CA 95814

The Honorable Toni G. Atkins Speaker of the Assembly State Capitol, Room 219 Sacramento, CA 95814

The Honorable Jean Fuller Senate Republican Leader State Capitol, Room 305 Sacramento, CA 95814

The Honorable Kristin Olsen Assembly Republican Leader State Capitol Sacramento, CA 95814

Dear Senate pro Tem de Leon, Assembly Speaker Atkins, Senate Republican Leader Fuller, and Assembly Republican Leader Olsen:

I am writing to inform you that I am granting a temporary exemption from California Health and Safety Code Section 124172 for seasonal influenza vaccine with trace levels of thimerosal to be administered to
children younger than three years from October 9, 2015 through December 31, 2015, because the current supply of thimerosal-free vaccine for young children is inadequate.

This exemption was requested by the California District of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the California Academy of Family Physicians, the California Medical Association and the California Immunization Coalition, and has been recommended by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).

The federal Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices and the CDPH recommend that all persons six months and older, especially young children, receive influenza
vaccine each year for their protection.

Young children are at increased risk of severe or fatal illness from influenza. While thimerosal-free formulations of influenza vaccine administered to adults in the United States appear to be ample, there are currently limited supplies of thimerosal-free seasonal influenza vaccine to protect California's young children, many of whom will need two doses of vaccine for maximal protection.

I have written the manufacturer, Sanofi Pasteur, urging it to take any and all steps necessary to promptly address the shortage of this influenza vaccine, and asking it to provide an immediate and clear timeline on the availability of the vaccine so that all necessary actions may be taken to protect California's children.

We will continue to assess the need for an extension of this temporary exemption over this period, and will be in regular contact with the manufacturer to assess product availability and to continue to monitor the vaccine supply.

Similar exemptions are in place at present in other states that have restrictions on mercury content, including Illinois and Iowa. I am granting this temporary exemption because of the health risk posed to California by influenza, and because there are inadequate supplies of this vaccine to comply with the law.

In accordance with the intent of the law, during this exemption period immunizers should prioritize available supplies of thimerosal-free vaccine to young children.

Please do not hesitate to contact me at (916) 654-3454 if you have any questions.

Sincerely,
Diana S. Dooley
